二 | 发挥行业优势，利用公交车、出租车、客运站、公交站亭等载体深入传播雷锋精神。
三 | 成立学雷锋志愿服务队，组织开展义务清洁公交站亭站牌、文明出行示范引领、绿色出行主题宣传等特色志愿服务活动，发动干部职工积极参与义务献血、支持灾区灾后重建捐款活动。 为推动交通运输事业高质量发展，近年来，我市累计完成投资近200亿元、向上争取资金近44亿元、纳入固定资产投资近19亿元。沈白高铁项目实现全线路基、隧道、桥梁贯通，铺轨已全面启动；抚顺、新宾高铁站主体完成；沈白高铁配套项目站东街、长春街、综合交通枢纽加速实施，通武线改扩建工程经过近2年的施工已建成通车，东环公路、五道沟岭隧道等重大项目取得关键性突破。龙岗山滑雪场交通配套及新宾、清原绕城公路前期工作加速推进。“四好农村路”建设持续向好，为乡村振兴发展带来新机遇，新建改造农村公路960公里，创建美丽乡村路449公里，先后荣获国家、省示范创建先进单位，实现建制村通硬化路、通客车率100%，累计获得上级奖励0.45亿元，全省首家地市级“四好农村路”综合管理平台上线运行。
四 | 公交车、巡游出租车清洁及新能源化100%。实施国、省干线养护687公里，多项工程荣获省品质工程。维修改造18座公交场站，打造舒适候车环境，特别是解放路公交枢纽，以往破旧面貌焕然一新，群众交口称赞。 与此同时，市交通运输局持续推进“雷锋号”服务品牌建设，不断丰富服务窗口雷锋文化元素，完善雷锋服务便民措施。出租车“雷锋车队”积极开展“双考期间免费接送考生”、“冬夜接送除雪环卫工人”等爱心公益活动，被授予抚顺市“百姓雷锋”称号。沈抚城际客运“雷锋号”荣获“全国文明单位”称号。《中国交通报》将我市雷锋车队、公交公司“雷锋精神”宣讲会等作为典型案例进行宣传报道，对我市做法给予高度评价，大幅提升品牌效益。
